This quick & easy tutorial will give you what you need to start building some really awesome marketing tools! Start at: www.mymenulab.comwww.mymenulab.com Buckle Up & Prepare For Fun! Welcome to the Lab!

This is the home page. Click on: Sign in Note: There’s other fun stuff here too, but you can check that out later…

Enter your User Name & Password. Note: If you didn’t notice the caution sign big enough to trip over, please take a moment and read it. You don’t want to work really hard - just to end up losing your project!

When returning to the MenuLab, the Orders area is where you’ll find prior orders. The Shopping Cart is where you will find your work in progress. Now, you’re on your way! A couple of things before you start: Fill out your user Profile. This will save you time later when you wish to order product. It’s self-explanatory & just takes a minute.

Click on a design that suits you best. Choose Design Collections to see all the various color palettes & design styles

Thi s will brin g up all the vari ous pro duc ts that are ava ilab le in this coll ecti on. Not e: if you see a fro nt & bac k, that is a two sid ed pro duc t Not ice that the siz e is list ed bel ow eac h thu mb nail. Choose the product you would like to build. In this case, we chose a 17” Slugger Design Collection displays the various products that are available in that design family Note: if you see a front & back, that is a two sided product. Notice that the size is listed below each thumbnail.

Now You’re Building! Your working area is on the left. The template preview is displayed on the right. It starts right at the top with the “Top Image” Look for a picture in the Image Gallery You may “Upload” your own pictures or “Select” from additional art elements we’ve pre-loaded in the Lab.

If you choose Image Gallery a popup window will appear. In this case we chose the “Breakfast” category. Note: make sure your internet browser isn’t “Blocking Pop Ups”

Choose the picture you wish to load into the template. Note: You will notice there are vertical & horizontal pictures in the gallery. If the image area on your project template is horizontal, it is best to pick a horizontal picture.

Give it a few seconds and the picture you chose will appear! As you work on your product you will need to use the Update function. That will refresh the Preview allowing you to see the changes you’ve made to the product. ATTENTION: Updating does not save your work! In order to protect your work you need to choose “Next Step” and save your work in your shopping cart. It is recommended to do this periodically so as not to lose all your hard work.

As you move down the template each editable area is labeled to match your working area. If you wish to delete text items, simply clear out the text area and update. The remaining text should flex in size to balance out the product. Tip: if the item doesn’t clear out, be sure there are no blank spaces in the text area - that will force a space.

In this product, you may turn off Featured Item 1. If you do turn off the featured item, your template will then start with Item 2. Start typing in your text. Update periodically to see how it fits. Remember: Less is more! Make every word count!

At any time, you may generate a PDF Preview to view your project. This can be printed or emailed, but remember, it is a proof and does not represent actual print quality. Once your product is built, you are ready to go on to the Next Step Remember, even if you’re not done, you need to go to your Shopping Cart to save your product for later.

Next Step will allow to view quantity & price. Choose what is best for you.

Be sure to Re-Name your project. That will make it easy to find later. You might want to add the date, too… Trust us, you’ll appreciate this hint!

You are now in your Shopping Cart Your project is now protected. You have lots of options from here. NOTE: if you place an order, everything in your shopping cart will be ordered. If you wish to save something for later, place it on Hold. If you wish to order an item that is on hold, just click on Move to Cart

Proceed to Checkout Step 1: Tell the product where to ship. Allow 4-7 business days for product to be received. Choosing expedited delivery still needs to allow for print production. If shipping to a business, make sure you include the business name in the address. Step 2: Payment information needs to be filled in. Did you double check spelling & accuracy?

Final Chance to review and cancel Or… Place Your Order! Now, sit back and wait for the UPS man…

Get the Slugger on your tables! Sell More Stuff! Make More Money! Make sure to check MyMenuLab.com for new products, designs and ideas… Remember, there’s always something to market!

One Last Note: Want to check on your past orders? Want to know where to find your Print PDF’s available for download? Click on “Orders” Now, go sign in and start marketing!
