7. New Social Studies TAKS Accountability In 2007 and 2008, 65% of all students and all student groups had to meet the minimum standard on the TAKS. 70%  I N 2009 and 2010, 70% OF ALL STUDENTS AND ALL STUDENT GROUPS MUST MEET THE MINIMUM STANDARD!
