MRSA Symptoms: Chills, chest pain Cough Fatigue Fever General ill feeling (malaise)malaise Headache Diagnosis: Blood, urine, drainage culture Cause: methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus staph bacteria enter a person's body through a cut, sore, catheter, or breathing tube Prognosis: MRSA-related pneumonia and blood infections are associated with high death rates.
