1 DART Reports How to set up your computer, pull campaign history, and provide a detailed report for your clients

2 Setting up your computer 1.Click on your Start Menu 2.Click on Control Panel 3.Select Performance and Maintenance 4.Click on either File Types or Folder options

3 Setting up your computer 1.Click on File Types tab 2.Select and highlight XLS 3.Click Advanced 4.Make sure that the two checkboxes are selected: “Confirm open after download” “Browse in same window” 5.Click OK

4 Logging Into DART Go to http://dfp.doubleclick.net http://dfp.doubleclick.net Login with Username and Password Select “Trafficking”

5 Searching a Campaign Search - click on the magnified glass ( ) on the bottom left Type the Advertiser name to the left of the asterisk* Click “Go” *If you can only remember part of an advertisers name (example: advertiser name is So California Edison and you can only remember Edison) then put an asterisk on each side of the advertisers name. (*Edison*)

6 Pulling up a Campaign Click on Advertiser Then select Camp aign name, click on link (order number)

7 Viewing a Report 1.Creative Name 2.Status (running = greenlight) 3.Impression goal 4.Impressions delivered to date 5.Number of Clicks 6.Click Rate 7.Start date of ad unit or campaign 8.End date of ad unit or campaign 9.Rate of ad delivery (not overall goal) 9 12345678 10

8 Pulling a Report Click on the “Reports” tab

9 Pulling a Report Select "Summary by Creative” Set the Date Range Scroll down and click “OK”

10 Saving the Report Click “Save as CSV” at the bottom of the page NOTE: you will probably not be able to view your report entirely on this page.

11 Saving the Report Save report as a CSV file (scroll down in file types if necessary) IMPORTANT: Do NOT change the name of your report from “BreakdownRenderingR eport” If desired, you can then send this file to your Campaign Specialist to convert to the “Pretty Report”

12 The Pretty Report This is the “Pretty Report”

13 Reading the Pretty Report For reports that have creative displayed, match the Creative name on the campaign Summary to the File name of the ad example

14 One Sheet Instructions -Navigating DART- You will have to change your password and log back in the first time. DART URL: http://dfp.doubleclick.nethttp://dfp.doubleclick.net Login/Password Trafficking Search - click on the magnified glass on the bottom left Type the Advertiser name to the left of the asterisk, click Go * Click on Advertiser (Name is blue hyperlink) Select Campaign name, click on link (blue numbers on left) View Summary -Pulling Reports- Click on "Reports" tab Click on "Summary by Creative“ Set the Date Range Default "Daily" but you may select monthly if you're pulling an extensive report - Click "OK“ Click "Save as CSV" button on bottom. Do not change the file name from BreakdownRenderingReport Send the file to Campaign Specialist to convert to “Pretty Report”
