5 © Lloyd’s Repository Structure There are different sections for each major type of wording including: Core wordings (LMA, AVN, JH, LSW, LPO, IUA) – (BRMA being added) Managing agent wordings Broker wordings Other market wordings

6 © Lloyd’s Repository Access Protocols Access protocols have been set following discussions with market representatives as follows: All core and other market wordings are available to all subscribers All managing agents’ wordings are available to all subscribers Brokers may choose to have their own wordings available to themselves and managing agents only (i.e., not available to other brokers)

22 © Lloyd’s Advanced Search More detailed searches can be done using the advanced search option.

24 © Lloyd’s Advanced Search Once the market type has been selected, you can filter by class of business. Class of business will provide only those options available based on the market type selected.

29 © Lloyd’s Advanced Search The number of entries displayed on a single screen can be selected, and the sequence of records displayed can be customised, as required. Up to 60 results per page can be shown.

36 © Lloyd’s On-line Collaboration On-line collaboration is provided through the copy links to clipboard option within your search results.

37 © Lloyd’s On-line Collaboration First, select the check box next to the document or documents you would like to share. You can select multiple documents at one time.

55 © Lloyd’s Submit New Wordings Users can submit their own wordings for review. In the left navigation panel users can select submit a wording for review.

61 © Lloyd’s Alert Service The alert service will notify you by email when updates are available. You can sign up for the alert service by clicking the account services link at the top of the screen.

67 © Lloyd’s DRI DRI allows a user’s computer system to act as an LWR user. The user’s computer communicates with the LWR backend by sending messages (as defined by the DRI spec) to ISO.

68 © Lloyd’s DRI The user’s computer system will conduct a simple search of the LWR by sending a DRI request message to the LWR backend.

69 © Lloyd’s DRI The source (LWR) will then identify a list of documents matching the search criteria.

70 © Lloyd’s DRI Once identified, the results are then sent back in DRI response message to the user’s computer system.

71 © Lloyd’s DRI The user’s computer system will then identify the correct, relevant document(s), and then will submit a DRI request to the source (LWR).

72 © Lloyd’s DRI At which point, the final document(s) are delivered back to the user’s computer system. The entire process is completed in seconds.

73 © Lloyd’s Other Account Services From account services, you can also change your password, manage your profile, and set search preferences.

75 © Lloyd’s Other Account Services From the change password screen, you can reset your password by entering your user id, providing your old password, and then entering and confirming a new password.
