5 Gifted Individualized Education Program PACKET  GIEP: Invitation on top-Page 1 (info) - Page 2 (present levels - Pages 3 and 4 (grade level “Goals and Outcomes”)  Yellow pages NORA and Notice of Parental Rights  Please fill out the personal information and sign the NORA then place in the grade-level folders as you leave.
