Student engagement and parent involvement have increased 92% of students have daily access from home Creative solutions to connectivity issues One parent described helping her son complete work from the car while sitting in the public library parking lot when the internet went out at home. Going in blind, we were surprised to see that we had a 92% success rate. The majority of our students were able to access content online and complete daily online coursework. We have had some incredible stories of student success using the new online format of teaching and learning. Initial feedback has been positive and we have had some interesting stories of dealing with the “Technological Glitches” that we all face, One of my parents ed me that their internet was down, but she was driving her son to the parking lot of the public library to access the WiFi so that her student could complete the assignment on time. This engagement and combination of student/parent involvement with curriculum has been inspirational.
