15 Lessons Learned You can’t invite everybody… Communicate to stakeholders who are not invited that you will brief them and keep them involved. Include more public safety folks with Incident Command experience to discuss specific events and how FirstNet would help. Record next steps at the end of the day. Avoid drifting into LMR discussions. Stay focused on wireless broadband. Good discussion of volunteer fire/rescue, utilities, hospitals.
