11 Reflection and some kind words. A huge weight had been lifted as my guilty secret was no more! A little change can make a big difference! I liked how the training was not about me but about symptoms of a number of conditions. I learned lots too!

12 What happened next Different person after training Wore her glasses with pride! Happier team Promotion Goodbye….. The team have benefitted and we adopted good practice as a result of this training!
