6. 5 WW Mobile TV Development  Sony SES and Freescale front-end proposal for the DVB-H validation.  The complete version available in 4Q04.  DIBCOM Phase 1 prototype available in February 2004, supporting e.g. time slicing and MPE-FEC.  By March 04, phase 2 model ready including e.g. SI/PSI tables analysis.  By May 04, phase 3 model, cell handover and monitoring features are included.  Panasonic DVB-H Validation Receiver hardware includes antenna, DVB-T front-end, PC-card type de- multiplexer and laptop.
