1. After signing up for the Shared Cpanel Hosting at CaCloud.com (http://www.cacloud.com/Shared_Cloud_Hosting/cPanel_Cloud_Hosting/), you will thenhttp://www.cacloud.com/Shared_Cloud_Hosting/cPanel_Cloud_Hosting/ get an email like the one above to access your control panel to set up your WordPress site.

2. Enter your Username and Password that was provided in your welcome email.

3. You can skip watching the getting started videos unless you feel like watching!

4. Select Softaculous under the Software/Services area. Softaculous is a tool that makes it easy to get software automatically installed.

5. Select WordPress

6. Click on Install

Leave this Blank if you want Your site on the “root” like abc.ca (rather Than a subdirectory Like abc.ca/site) Select http:// Created a database name, Can be anything Left how It was by default Select this if you want to create a blog network like wordpress.com where there are unlimited numbers of sites/blogs on the main domain, e.g. abc.ca/myothersite What displays as Site title and Subheading, can Change this later

8. This can be anything but best not to use the default “admin” That’s an easy admin user name for hackers to guess! Enter a strong password. Click on Install Enter your email here to get a copy of the Installation settings emailed to you.

9. Just takes a few minutes to install WordPress

10. That’s it. Now you have the same basic web site infrastructure as a site like cnn.com!

11. If you go to your domain name with “wp-login.php” added to the end of your domain (e.g. abc.com/wp-login.php), you can access the WordPress login area where you access the dashboard of your site to manage your site.

12. After logging in, you will be taken to the dashboard. This is where you Manage your site.
