4.  A state law that if students are not at grade level in Reading they are put on a reading plan for grades K-3.  Starting in the 2013-2014 school year students who are not proficient by 3 rd grade shall be retained.

10.  A full time art teacher is shared between Lincoln Elementary and Jefferson. The art teacher is at each school every other week.
