Provide a 20-year projection of cash flow using the following assumptions: 2% annual increase in income, 3% annual increase in expenses. The vacancy allowance is automatically calculated using the following criteria: If the project will receive any rental subsidy assistance, the vacancy allowance/collection loss will be calculated at 5%. If the project will not receive any rental subsidy assistance, the vacancy allowance/collection loss will be calculated at 7%. If the selection is left blank, the vacancy allowance/collection loss will be calculated at 100%. We are aware that the Replacement Reserve in the Pro Forma is trending at 3%. This is an error in the system. Jeff Little will correct this in the application review process.
