Note: The Apple iPhone is not compatible with OverDrive Download Station. 2. User must enable ' Manually Manage Music ' setting from their home computer.  Connect their Apple device to their home (Windows) computer.  Open iTunes. Click the device link on the left hand sidebar.  Check the 'Manually manage music…' box.  Click the 'Apply' button. 3. Note: WMA audio will only play on devices that support protected WMA files. MP3 audio will play on most devices. 3. Next, choose 'To find out if your MP3 player is compatible with OverDrive WMA … click here'. 4. A wizard will open. Connect the device. Click 'Next' to continue.

Wait a moment, then click 'Retry'.  If this message is displayed again, the device may not be compatible with WMA audio.
