How are random calls to the office handled?  Management takes all random calls and distributes to the Agents.  Agents on the “Basic Commission” program have priority.  Calls are then distributed on rotation based on the Agents at the office.  Agents must be present at the office to receive random calls.  All calls must be handled immediately to achieve MAXIMUM CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.  Random calls never go to voice mail unless requested by the caller.

What about calls on my listings?  All calls on listings go directly to the Listing Agent if the Agent is in the office, or voice mail if requested by the caller; however…  If the agent is not in the office and the caller does not want to wait, the call goes to another Agent to ensure customer satisfaction and immediate service  We are about customer service, most listing calls lead to nothing and giving an immediate response leads to getting a potential customer.  The key is to get your listing WELL SERVICED and SOLD QUICKLY, so you can make a buyer out of your current seller.

I would like to talk to Jane…  Calls to you, go directly to you or your voice mail.  No call when directed to you will be forwarded to anyone else.  Your personal calls are protected and are the policy of this company.  If you are working with someone else in the office, then the call may be forwarded to your partner / co-worker for immediate service.  If you are out of town and someone else has been assigned to watch your business, then the call goes to that person.

LISTINGS  The faster the listing is sold, the faster you’ll have a buyer.  The faster the listing is SOLD, the happier your seller will be.  Sellers don’t care about who has the buyer, they just want a buyer.  Selling is about serving your client / seller. An immediate response from someone is much more important. BUYERS  Buyers don’t like to wait and leave messages.  Buyers are more likely to work with someone that they got a hold of right away.  The response is most effective when the call comes in; than later when the caller cools off.  Most buyers do not leave messages for agents; they just move on to the next listing and next agent. This Policy gives every agent an Equal Opportunity and better customer service!

LISTINGS GET SOLD SELLER IS HAPPY BUYER IS HAPPY LISTING AGENT MOVES ON MORE POTENTIAL SALES MORE POTENTIAL BUYERS
