2  Have a current Real Estate License  No Real Estate associations needed  Any and all potential Buyer or Seller business is to be referred to an office manager for distribution  Agent shall be paid a Referral fee of 20% per Real Estate transaction  Agent shall not represent being an active Agent with Real Estate America, but rather as being affiliated on a referral basis  Maintain Real Estate license current at all times at Agents cost  Any and all violations Real Estate related or otherwise shall be exclusively borne to Agent to defend at Agents expense and indemnify and hold Broker harmless  Any personalized items such as “Business Cards” shall be at Agents expense. May indicate to potential customers of affiliation with Real Estate America May inform Buyer customers of Real Estate America’s “Buyer Reward” incentives May inform potential Home-Sellers of Real Estate America’s Lower “Tiered Commission” program and our “A La Carte” selling program May inform consumers of any and all services available May distribute / provide informative materials to potential customers May sell other non-licensed products and services offered by Real Estate America such as “Internet advertising”, “Community Business Directory” etc. upon completing training Programs may change without prior notice - Please check with management for current status

3  Have a current Real Estate License  Must be affiliated with the local Real Estate associations in order to access contracts, MLS listings, lockboxes etc.  Any and all potential Buyer or Seller business is to be communicated with an office manager or assigned Agent  Maintain Real Estate license current at all times – Continuing Education is Free to Agent  Any and all violations Real Estate related or otherwise shall be exclusively borne to Agent to defend at Agents expense and indemnify and hold Broker harmless  Business Cards shall be provided by Real Estate America.  Agent required tools: mobile smart phone, car, notebook computer with wireless connection, Microsoft software knowledge  Agent will be provided Buyers and sellers to work with pending availability  Agent will be provided transaction activities to perform such as “open houses”, “inspections” etc. by manager or other Agents for compensation  Agent shall be paid a flat fee of 25% per Real Estate transaction / activity  All “Buyer Rewards” and “Seller Rebates” are at Brokers expense  Agent may represent being an active Agent with Real Estate America  Sign installations FREE for Agent derived listings  Buyer Rewards riders at Broker’s expense  Information boxes at Broker’s expense  Lockboxes FREE for Agent derived listings  Listing documents / stationary is FREE Programs may change without prior notice - Please check with management for current status

6  Professional presentation and attire at all times  Any personalized items such as named signs, pens, calendars and other items personalized with Agent’s name is at Agent’s expense  Agents are not permitted to deviate from offerings of Real Estate America including marketing, selling fees, terms and conditions.  Never suggest or lead anyone to believe any deviation from company policy.  Always be consistent with your message!  Never offer anything different from person to person – Offerings are to be in kind to everyone.  Know your business!  All Real Estate activities are to be performed in accordance to the set provisions set forth by Real Estate America.  If ever in question about anything – ASK A MANAGER! -- DON’T DO IT IF UNSURE! -- SellWithRealEstateAmerica.com Programs may change without prior notice - Please check with management for current status
