I hate working with “so” and “so” on a committee. He is always late and then monopolizes the conversation. I hope that “so” and “so” is not on my team next year, she can’t control her class and is always unprepared. I wish “ so” and “so” would retire, she always shoots down any new ideas that would make things better around the school.

The most distinguishing characteristic of a team is that its members have as their highest priority the accomplishment of team goals. They may be strong personalities, possess highly developed/specialized skills, and commit themselves to a variety of personal objectives they hope to achieve through their activity, but to them the most important business at hand is the success of the group is reaching the goal that its members collectively and with one voice, have set. The members support one another, collaborate freely, and communicate openly and clearly with one another.
