1. We have looked at God creating our world in 6 days + 1 day of rest = 7, now we will look at some of the details of creation!

2. the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, Genesis 2:6 But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground.

3. Genesis 2:7
the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life;
and man became
a living soul.

4. Genesis 2:8
And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden;
and there he put the man whom He had formed.
God commanded the man,
Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat:
But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, you shall not eat of it: for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.

5. The LORD God put the man in the Garden of Eden to
take care of it and
to look after it.
[We need to look after it also]
As you can see Man’s original diet was
Fruit
Nuts
and
Grains

6. Genesis 2:18
The LORD God said,
"It isn't good for the man to live alone. I need to make a suitable partner for him."
God made him fall into a deep sleep, and He took out one of the man's ribs. Then after closing the man's side,
the LORD made a woman out of the rib. The LORD God brought her to the man.

7. Genesis 2:23
and the man exclaimed, "Here is someone like me!
She is part of my body,
my own flesh and bones.
She came from me,
a man.
So I will name her Woman!"

8. Genesis 2:24
That's why a man will leave his own father and mother. He marries a woman, and the two of them become like
one person.
Although the man and his wife were both naked, they
were not ashamed.
[they shone with light]
God has a wonderful Plan for Us!

9. God’s Mega-plan A1up T1 God spoke and things happened, what a mystery
He created the world out of nothing,
you see
The land and the sea,
and Adam and Eve
A mega-plan became a reality
  A1up T1

10. But things went so wrong,
we messed things up
God was angry but wasn’t about
to give up
He sent Jesus to earth as
our rescue man
All part of His great big mega-plan 

11. And Jesus wants us to be His friend
It’s the plan from the start,
and it has no end
Jesus wants us to be His friend
For ever, for ever and ever

12. We needed real help,
so Jesus pitched in
He died for our sin then He rose again
So when God looks at us,
He sees Jesus instead
The mega-swap’s given us life again

13. And Jesus wants us to be His friend
It’s the plan from the start,
and it has no end
Jesus wants us to be His friend
For ever, for ever and ever
