2 FORECASTING Forecasting Demand Forecasting overall human resources requirements in accordance with the organizational plans The supply forecasting- obtaining the data and information about present and the future human resource. Estimating the net human resources requirements Incase surplus, We plan for redeployment, retrenchment and lay-off.
