3 Who We Are… Executive Bios
Bo Wheeler - President  Bo is a 20 year veteran of the telecommunications industry. He has held executive leadership positions in Sales, Marketing, Technical and Service Delivery organizations for Telecom*USA, MCI, WorldCom, Verizon and Qwest. His focus is on running the business operations for the company, and he has bottom line accountability for the success of the business and the satisfaction of our customers. Bo is a graduate of West Chester University, and attended graduate school at Virginia Commonwealth University. Dave Gibson - Vice President of Operations and Technology Dave brings over 15 years of telecommunications and Information Technology experience building, acquiring and managing networks, operations and operational systems for several IXCs, CLECs and Managed Solution Providers. He has held executive, consultative, and line-level leadership positions in various Technical, Operational, and Wholesale Sales organizations with a strong emphasis on operational processes, cost control and vendor management.  His focus is on running the operations for the company, and he has accountability for the success of the business and the satisfaction of our customers and partners. Michael Ruziska – Director of Product Marketing Mike brings over 18 years of telecommunications experience, focused mainly on Marketing and Product Development. Prior to joining EnTelegent Solutions, he spent 10 years with Windstream Communications. Mike has numerous successful product launches to his credit. In addition to Product Development, he was responsible for Sales Support , the Provisioning Process and managing Business Unit P&Ls. Mike began his career in Marketing with AT&T. He graduated from Susquehanna University with Honors and received his MBA from Texas A&M University. Gary Brame - Finance and Administration Gary is a seasoned professional with extensive finance, accounting, administration and information management expertise. With over 20 years of information technology experience, Gary’s focus is to drive operational efficiency and impact business growth through finance management, internal controls and productivity improvements.
