10.  People don’t know what to do with waste materials of industry, so they pour them into rivers and lakes. A real nightmare!

11. Not very beautiful, are they? Unfortunately, many water basins, lakes, rivers, seas, oceans are polluted with all kinds of technological, chemical and nuclear wastes.

12. The world is our home. We want to see it clean and beautiful. If you don`t think about the future you will not have it.

16.  The famous Washington Monument looks like a huge pencil. It is one of the most impressive sights in Washington. There is an elevator in it and you can enjoy the magnificent view of the city. “The Pencil”-one of the world’s highest constructions made of stone.
