If you ’ ve made it this far and been invited for an interview, you know certain important things: you have the right mix of experience and qualifications for the job you have the right personal attributes and skills for the job your application was well presented in an appropriate format

Interviews are your chance to show that: the impression you created in your application was correct you can present yourself effectively you could be someone that would fit in well with others in the organisation you have prepared well for the interview

Organisations must have the right systems in place in order to achieve their goals. If staff cannot take the right action when dealing with customers, the business will suffer.

Are empowered to deliver high levels of customer service. Travel and tourism organizations should work hard to recruit people who fit this bill.
