So lets say there are 3,000,000 living in small towns too small to really support a Lodge So lets say there are 3,000,000 living in small towns too small to really support a Lodge That still leaves us 176,891 that can become Moose members, and hundreds of places a new Moose Lodge can be started. 4 Where can a new Lodge be started? Look at any map of Washington or Northern Idaho and you will see that there are over a 100 city’s, towns and community’s where a new Lodge can be started. 6 Goldendale Goldendale Is a reality thanks to their Governor their Governor Bob Samuelson and their members Since November 17 this Lodge has sponsored 20 new members and will be going from a Moose service center to a Moose Activity center

7 WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO START A LODGE? Moose Service Center can be instituted with a minimum of 25 seated members at the time of Institution. Lodges with more than 50 good standing members at the time of institution will be known as (Moose Activity Centers) or MAC’S Lodges with more than 50 good standing members at the time of institution will be known as (Moose Activity Centers) or MAC’S Lodges with over 100 good standing members at the time of institution can become Moose Family Centers Lodges with over 100 good standing members at the time of institution can become Moose Family Centers

8 I BELIEVE THAT THERE CAN BE NEW LODGES STARTED EVERY YEAR I believe there should be a new lodge started every year I believe there should be a new lodge started every year BUT TO DO THIS I NEED YOUR HELP And the help of every member in this Association

9 Where to Start a Lodge When thinking about starting a new Lodge one of the things I would suggest is not starting a lodge more than 50 miles from your home unless you have a lot of time to spend in that area at a time. The price of gas is going to affect how often you travel to the area and the more you are there the faster the Lodge will come together and become a reality.
