5 General Rules 1.Show respect, cooperation, responsibility and good sportsmanship in all areas of our school community. 2. Keep hands, feet, and other objects to ourselves. 3. Respect ourselves, others, and all property. 4. Let teachers teach and learners learn. 5. Show good manners.

9 Restorative Language What happened? What did you do? (Helps create ownership) What were you thinking at the time (Helps reflect on more than impulsive actions)? What have you thought about since (Helps reflect on the choices/consequences that have happened as a result)? Who/how many have been affected by what you have done (Helps build empathy)? What do you need to do to make things right (Plan of action to move forward)

10 Restorative Agreement (RA)  When students engage in behavior which verbally or physically harms another individual:  Grades K – 2 – Students are introduced to the language of Restorative Practices by answering RA questions.  Grade 3 – Students respond to Restorative Practice Questions and complete a RA checklist.  Grades 4 – 6 - Students respond to Restorative Practice Questions and complete a RA form.
