2. icpc.baylor.edu What is the ICPC? ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest sponsored by IBM with headquarters at Baylor. Oldest and largest programming competition for the world’s universities and colleges. Annual events on four levels: Internet, local, regional, and World Finals. Teams of 3 students with 1 computer against 10-12 real world problems that they must solve within five hours. They solve them by writing software solutions that meet the testing and expectation of judges.
