Foreign Policy and Internationalism Is Canada’s contribution to peacekeeping missions an aspect of Canada’s foreign policy that is worthy of a monument? Do you think the monument might offend some Canadians? Some tourists? If so, how might it offend? Does it matter if it offends anyone? Why or why not?
