3. 3 Executive Introduction Re-Employ America was founded on the premise that Our Congress has no intention of creating an economic environment that will help create employment opportunities. This lack of action by most of the members of Congress from both parties will not change even after the election on November 6 of this year. Tax breaks for ex-patriot U.S. corporations and the Free Trade Agreements have caused more sustained unemployment than even the financial and housing crash of 2007. We are about promoting the purchase of consumer products that are “Made in USA” through consumer and political activism. Since January of 2011 we have had a presence on Facebook, it’s time to take our message to the rest of America. We must do more to promote “Made in USA” consumer products. We must educate other Americans as to who created this economy and how we are the ones who are now responsible for our economic recovery. We must educate our members of Congress as to how their party tenets, actions and inactions for the last 30+ years created this economy.

4. 4 Financials Income June 2012 $55.00 Expenses June 2012 $19.15 We closed the second quarter with a balance of $35.85. Our first expense was with GoDaddy for website hosting and domain registration which was $19.15 for the initial costs with a continued subscription of $14.99 per month. We have a PayPal account as well as a refillable Visa debit card. The refillable Visa will be replaced with a regular checking account once we get incorporated.

5. 5 Goals Incorporation It is important that we do become incorporated so that we can demonstrate legitimacy with the public. The cost of incorporation in Washington State is $80.00, with a $30.00 annual renewal cost. It was intended to be incorporated before this meeting, however the lack of funding has prevented this. Board Members We have two board members, an Executive Director and Secretary. We will start seeking the remainder of the seats once we are incorporated. The seats needed to be filled are; Vice Chair, Treasurer and Member at Large.

6. 6 Goals Fundraising There are three primary ways we can raise funds. 1) Direct through PayPal, checks and cash. 2)Membership. 3)Purchases of products or services. Marketing 1)Social media 2)Envelope & package labels and specialties. 3)Yard and window signs. 4)Static and mobile banners and signs 5)Billboards. 6)Television and radio. Some of the fundraising can be obtained with the sales of marketing media such as the envelope and package labels. We are going to start selling email addresses with the reemployamerca.us as soon as we can.

7. 7 Goals Letters to Congress We are interested in having the public write letters that can be shared with others. These letters will be made available on our website and will be meant for mailing to our members of Congress through the postal service. These letters will be designed to express what Americans expect from these members of Congress. Letters to Manufacturers These letters will also be meant for sharing. These will be used to request a list of consumer products that are “Made in USA”. Another letter will be requesting that they provide retailers with signage and marketing logos indicating “Made in USA” products.

8. 8 Goals Proposed Bills We have one proposed bill which is on our website. We do need this reformatted in a manner that is consistent with bills presented to Congress and the President. We would like to have collaboration on other proposed bills. These will have cover letters that can be printed and mailed to our members of Congress. Essays and Studies Essays and studies are an integral part of educating our website visitors. You are encouraged to write or produce your own for our website. News Not all of the economic and political news is published though regular outlets. You are encouraged to write your own for our website.

9. 9 Question and Answer Introduce yourself with your first name, first initial of your last name, state and congressional district. Comments and or suggestions are welcome and will be added to the minutes as an addendum. The question and answer session will be moderated.
