My department is already using Novell Messenger (GWIM) Collaboration Tool More Features Integration into Office / O365 Out of Office Calendaring Mobile Capability Lync 2013 (iOS/Android) Skype For Business coming soon (Windows Phone) I already have a Skype account, why can’t I just use that? Separate Products Internal to UNM solution

Everyone Faculty / Staff first to migrate Students Will I have to submit a ticket for an account to created for new employees? Licensed Automatically Tied to UNM affiliation

8 Is it safe? Microsoft Office 365 traffic (both signal and media traffic) is encrypted by using the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol. Anyone who intercepts a communication sees only encrypted text Skype for Business provides archiving of peer-to-peer instant messages, multiparty instant messages, and content upload activities in meetings The following types of content are not archived in Skype for Business Peer-to-peer file transfers Audio/video for peer-to-peer instant messages and conferences

9 What problems could I have migrating to S4B?
Users need to be upgraded to newer version of Office Users are not configured to receive Office updates Lync 2013/Skype 4 Business Migrating contacts from GWIM Users don’t want to move because ________ department still using GWIM Students not provisioned (In progress)

Hardware doesn’t support audio/video chat UNM Bookstore Little more resource intensive than GWIM
