34. WHAT DOES THE COUNSELING OFFICE NEED FROM YOU? Senior Information Sheet or Resume (blue form) We will hold onto the forms and make copies as needed. When requesting a letter of recommendation from a teacher, counselor, or administrator, please provide a senior info sheet or resume to them. (Minimum 10 days notice) In addition, stamped and addressed envelopes should be provided.

Allows student and counselor to do everything online. Financial piece: paperless in our office. Small fee: $3.00 per transcript.

40. Q UESTIONS REGARDING P ARCHMENT What if I want to download my own transcript? You are still able to download transcripts on parent portal, however, they will be unofficial. Official transcripts will need to come from Parchment. Secondary School reports for some private and elite colleges will also be located in Parchment. Students will request them automatically when they request a transcript to their college. Customer service representatives are available from Parchment to answer any technical questions.
