45 A Conference for Principals and Senior Leaders Slide 45 School Development Plan the school’s development plan is central to the effectiveness of PRSD in each school the school development plan is frequently referred to throughout the scheme involving the Board of Governors, principal and teachers the objectives for principals and teachers must relate to the school development plan (PRSD Scheme 4.2 & 4.4) training and development needs identified through the scheme are reflected in the school development plan (PRSD Scheme 1.4) Session 3
