2 Preface of the constitution says  It is committed for providing social, economic and political justice, the freedom to express one’s views, the rights to dignity and equal opportunities to all citizens of India.

3 Facts are,  In India, every day three Dalits are killed, four dalit houses are burnt and three dalit women are raped  40 million are bonded labor (15 Million are children )  2.3 million are Manual Scavengers in India.

4  All Human beings are made of the same earth and they have the right to demand good behavior. Dr. B. R. Ambedkar  Destiny is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice, It is not a thing to be waited, it is thing to be achieved Bryan W.J.

5 Manual Scavenging Practice “It is clear that impure work was done by the slaves and that the impure work included scavenging.” - Dr. B.R. Ambedkar  The issue is not Employment; But abolition of slavery

6 what is M. S. Practice ?  It is not merely removing night soil, fletching the human feces But it is a  Custom  Compulsion  Hereditary  Forced labor Based on social origin ( Caste System )
