3 Wii Game Play  Wii Balance Board is capable of measuring a persons, height, weight, and center of Balance.  Activities on the Wii Fit provide an on screen personal trainer who offers direction and evaluation of your workouts.  Great workouts for people who do not have the funds for a gym or not close to one.  Also allows for people to workout in their own house which makes students feel more comfortable about themselves and there body.

4 Wii Fit Yoga/ Strength Trainging  In yoga, the player holds a particular pose or series of poses for a duration of time; while in strength training the player performs a set number of repetitions of the exercise selected.  Player is scored on how well he or she kept her balance. Points are deducted if you are not doing the exercise properly.  After weeks of training you are evaluated again to see if you met your goals and if your improving along the way.
