2 Technology in the classroom  Many resources available  Open source applications (Free!)  Web is a wealth of information  Before implementing technology thoroughly investigate the technology you want to ensure it will achieve your desired results  IT Departments or Instructional Technology Facilitators should be involved in the process of software selection and are often great resources for technology ideas

9 PROS & CONS OF TECHNOLOGY  Unless education reflects the world in which it exists, it has no relevance for the students.  Pros: Computer as Tutors, Aid in disabled students, students can go through a lesson several times until they understand it.  Cons: Taking into account the emotional needs of students.  Pros out weighs the cons.

10 Google APPS For my part I am going to share with you about Google APPs.  Google APPS.  It is a service from Google for using Custom domain names with several Google products. It features several Web Application with similar functionality to traditional office suite, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Talk, Docs and Sites.

You can find unlimited resources on the technology you want to use or on You Tubes programs that several people are making for. Google Apps: are but a few applications that you can use. In this increasingly digitalized classroom get ready to compete for kids attention in class from all that is out there and incorporating technology will do just that.
