Contributing to Community-Daniel and friend Tom work on a “Little Library” Creating Meaningful Days- Azalea joins a Bingo Club with support from another club member.

16  Families with DVR Support Only Seeking new employment, additional employment or other goals.  Presenter: Cheryl Schiltz, DVR, Case Coordinator  LOV Dane Host: Tom Gilbert

19 The Beginnings of Portfolio Development

20  This action team arose out of a need to understand employment options for LOV families  Micro enterprises and Co-ops  Supported employment  Other opportunities that may be available.  Portfolio Development viewed as useful for all options.  Understanding the assets of LOV Families  Providing a tangible tool for job seekers and brokers

21  Most of what we are presenting is from the IRIS Employment Toolkit, 2011, Working Draft.  IRIS = Include, Respect, I Self-Direct  Funded by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services / Pathways to Independence.  Authored by Shannon Munn, with contributions from Nancy Molfenter and Angela Klemm

22  It is not necessary to follow this linear flow.  We feel it is important to create tangible outcomes from these meetings.
