3. 2014 Performance Surveys for the NANPA, PA and RNA NANPA, PA, and RNA Performance Survey Cover Letters were distributed to the NANC for review.  The NOWG requests NANC approval of the survey cover letters for the 2014 NANPA, PA, and RNA Performance Surveys. The 2014 NANPA, PA, and RNA survey forms were reviewed and approved by the NANC at the September meeting. Proposed Timeline for the survey process:  Survey Deployment – January 2, 2015  Responses Due – January 30, 2015  NOWG Presentation of Performance Reports – June, 2015 312/9/2014

5. Co-Chair Position NOWG co-chairs serve two-year terms, and elections are held annually on a rotational basis. In October, the NOWG accepted nominations for one of the co-chair positions. Laura Dalton, Verizon Communications, was nominated and re-elected by acclamation to continue in her current role for 2015 and 2016. 512/9/2014
