1 Since March, 2002, Felix Vaquez has managed the company's strategy to tightly integrate builders with their respective supply chains, to ensure robust communications between the on-site builder, back office personnel and the trade partner network. Felix has been instrumental in starting Hyphen's User Group which helps to drive product direction. This group has helped Hyphen develop the most feature rich supply chain management tool in the industry. As CTO, he oversees the critical functions of product development and deployment. Felix pays special attention to detail on Hyphen's infrastructure to ensure our systems are available to clients. As President, Felix is responsible for client and prospective client relationships and keeps a keen eye aware for potential business relationships with industry solution providers. Prior to joining Hyphen, Felix was most recently Vice-President and Chief Information Officer for D.R. Horton, Inc., one of America's largest and most geographically diverse home builders. While at Horton, Felix worked on extending CRM applications, defining and deploying a cohesive IT Strategy, Business Process Optimization (including Supply Chain Initiatives) and the launch of Builder Homesite, a consortium of the largest US builders. Felix also served in roles of increasing responsibilities at E.I. DuPont de Nemours and Co., Electronic Data Systems (EDS), and International Business Machine (IBM). He has focused his energies on technological advancement while maintaining a tight alignment with business objectives. He holds a BSCS Degree from the Texas A&M University System and an MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University.

2 Chris Sugg has over 16 years of experience, and is the Chief Information Officer at Hyphen Solutions. He has been with Hyphen Solutions since 2003 in various leadership roles. The development department is where Chris spends most of his time, ensuring progressive web and mobile design, development, and quality assurance testing for both BuildPro and SupplyPro. His team also works with customers and partners to ensure Hyphen’s integration platform is stable and continually enhanced to support our client’s growing needs. Chris also manages the Customer Support department which ensures outstanding customer care to our users through both e-mail, phone and online support. They also conduct online and in-person product training to ensure continual customer improvement and support of the many new modules Hyphen Solutions has rolled out over the last few years including BidConnect, SWPPP management, QA inspections, TradeFinder and Lien Waiver management. He also oversees the integration support area, responsible for configuring and connecting customer’s ERP systems to the Hyphen Integration Platform and supporting the platform to ensure maximum uptime. Prior to joining Hyphen Solutions, Chris worked as a Manager in the consulting group for Arthur Andersen Consulting as well as KPMG (BearingPoint) Consulting. He was involved in many large scale CRM and ERP implementations for Fortune 500 clients such as Dell, Protection One Security, and AOL as well as dozens of software projects for other clients such as AT&T. Chris received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Technology and Finance from Baylor University.

3 Stephen Candy has over 20 years of experience in the High Technology industry. As Vice President of Business Development at Hyphen Solutions, Stephen leads the marketing and new business development strategies for our industry-leading suite of homebuilder software solutions. Stephen joins Hyphen from Oracle Corporation where he was most recently responsible for driving Strategic Supply Chain Management engagements with Fortune 500 Companies. Stephen has led the transformation of companies from manual to automated processes, and his background also includes the design of specific integrated solutions to satisfy customer demand for new products. Prior to Oracle, Stephen held Sales Management positions at PMC Sierra, Texas Instruments and Integrated Devices Technology. Stephen received a Bachelor’s degree (Electrical Engineering) from Texas A&M University and a Master’s of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
