2.  In the present context, the researches see there are many things that affect students worked as a financial factors, the influence of peers, gain experience, environmental factors and others.  The effects vary between positive and negative. For the reasons above, researches are extremely desirable and necessary, a preliminary study conducted to identify the factors students to work part time job at UMP, especially among students of Faculty of Industrial Science and Technology (FIST) faculty.  Therefore, the researches plan to conducting a survey on student perceptions of the topic why the student having their part time job during study time.
