4 4 IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT Expanding and increase the reliability of backbone networks of “Uzbektelecom“ JSC up to the regional centers of Uzbekistan Implementation period:2014 – 2015 Project cost:72,63 mln. USD Project capacity: Installing 503 sets of telecom equipment (multiplex equipment, routers, switches, etc.) for increasing capacity of backbone and regional networks Project initiator:“Uzbektelecom” JSC

5 5 IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT Construction of the network of “Uzmobile” national mobile operator Implementation period: 2014 – 2015 Project cost:34,1 mln. USD Project capacity: Construction of mobile network with coverage in Tashkent city and Tashkent region on the basis of GSM, UMTS (3G) and LTE (4G) technologies, including the installation of: - 960 base stations at 340 sites: - switching station with capacity of 2 mln. subscribers Project initiator:“Uzbektelecom” JSC

6 6 IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT Development of optical broadband access networks on the basis of FTTx technology Implementation period:2014 – 2015 Total project cost: 7,0 mln. USD Project capacity: - Installation of broadband access equipment to 69120 ports; - Supply of 14652 user terminals Project initiator:“Uzbektelecom” JSC

Expansion of mobile companies networks (4260 Base station) 3. Installation of Wi-Fi Networks ( 310 Access point) Future results - Increasing mobile subscribers till 28 mln. and mobile broadband subscribers till 22 mln. -Implementation speed of data transmission till 100 Mbit/s, - Expansion of mobile services (VideoCall, Mobile TV) and Mobile Government Implementation 2015-2019 гг. Expansion of capacity International Internet channel – 300 Gbit/s; 3. Expansion of backbone data transmission Networks - 100 Gbit/s; 4. Construction of fiber optic lines - 10 100 km. Future results - Increasing number of broadband subscribers – 3 times; - Expansion of data transmission capacity of Internet - 7,5 times. Implementation 2015-2019 гг. Cost of Projects ~288,3 mln. 9 9 Development of national information resource, data bases and multimedia services Name of projects 1. Creation datacenters (Tashkent, Bukhara,Kokand); 2. Expansion of capacity IP TV; 3. Expansion of Multimedia Services based on IMS technologies (IP Multimedia Subsystem) 450 000 users. Future results - Expansion data storage 10 Pb; - Implementation Cloud computing services - Expansion of capacity IP TV – 100 000 subscribers. Implementation 2015-2016 гг.
