FAQ 2 Troubleshooting Tips Common Tech Support Issues (Pan/Tilt Head)
Balancing of camera/lens assembly is critical! Improper balancing can cause tilt errors and lockup problems. On error detection, pan/tilt movement stops (for safety) and will not move until power is cycled. Upon power cycle unit will attempt movement again until another error is detected.
