3 Input Dough Ingredients: Money paid by the customers
Pepper Tomato Flour, water Onion 1 kg of flour 10 grs of leavening 50 grs of butter 20 grs of salt 15 grs of sugar 600 ml of water or milk 50 ml of tomato sauce 250 grs of the topping ingredient grs of cheese Mushroom Moho Black olives Shrimp Tuna M&Ms Pineapple Jalapeños Money paid by the customers Sauce Ingredients: Pizza Ingredients: Cheese Salami/Pepperoni Jam

4 OUTPUT All the pizzas that come out of your pizzeria ( because its the reason of why you are doing all this).

5 OUTPUT PROCESS INPUT Delicious! GOAL FEEDBACK ENVIRONMENT

6 PROCESS The bottom base of the pizza change according to. It is traditionally plain, but may also be seasoned with butter, garlic, or herbs. Put on cheese and topic ingredients. Finally put the pizza in the oven. And after 15 minutes take it out…. And be ready for a culinary delight!

8 FEEDBACK Money People saying your food its good!

9 Goal The main goal is to earn money by selling pizzas.
Ultimately it all comes down to selling. Even if input, output and the process are perfect and pizzas are being produced efficiently, it all is useless if the business doesn’t earn a profit.

10 Control The control could be either the head chef or the manager.
The head chef is in charge of: Checking that the ingredients have a good quality (input) Supervising the cooking (process) Make sure that the pizza is ready to be delivered to the client (output)

11 Control The manager is in charge of:
Making sure the clients are satisfied Making sure the workers are doing there job Ensuring pizza is delivered on time to the customers

12 Environment The pizza place will be located either on la Condesa or la Roma colonies. The customers, however, may come from many nearby areas.
