3 DPMI Workforce Development – The Alfred Workforce Development Team June 2005 Co-facilitation of diabetes group education Two leaders jointly plan and present all sessions of program May have other specialist presenters but leaders remain with group through these presentations Leaders work towards developing skills in presenting all areas of the program Other Models One leader and sessional specialists Two leaders and guest specialists
