10 BLOOMINGTON A LOOK BACK AT 2014  Phase 1C expansion, a $325 million project on the north side of the Mall of America that will include 150,000 square feet of office space, over 30 new retail shops and restaurants.  Hyland Ski Jump is awarded a $750,000 grant to improve their facilities and make the jump a year round destination.
