It means selecting a solution that is the right size for you today, but that can also grow with you in the future. –This should not mean “grow into” in the future. –This should not mean replace with a new one in the future. It also means selecting a solution that will continue to “add value” in the future, in addition to “capacity”.

In other words, you can’t add more than 16 stations to a 16-port card. IP-PBX solutions do not have to be limited by the same constraints! The right platform can grow with you over time.

Which solutions best fit your needs? Can you start small and grow economically? How can you leverage best-of-breed components?

Integrated voice, video, text and unified messaging. Personalized call management. Integration with other business applications (CRM, ERP, Workflow).
