This unit is included within the CPC08 Construction Training Package, enabling delivery within the VET sector. Unit of Competency CPCCOHS1001A As well as a nationally recognised training program, general induction training has a requirement that all elements in the unit of competency are assessed. Site specific and Task specific induction training have no formal training or assessment requirement. However, an employer is under a ‘duty of care’ under the OH&S Act to provide employees with information, instruction, training and supervision as is necessary to perform their work safely.
