8 Administration Assistance This service is an additional, non- compulsory extra, offered to all Debt Counsellors using our Program. This is the perfect solution for persons who prefer to focus on the Marketing and Recruitment of clients, while outsourcing time consuming tasks such as negotiations and liaison with creditors. Our staff work exclusively on Debt Counselling matters. Our staff have comprehensive experience of Debt Counselling, as they have been operational in the industry for almost two years. Further to this, they have been working in the Debt Administration and Debt Management sectors for the past 5 years.

9 Administration Assistance As our staff work closely together with the technical department, they are always up to date with changes in The Program and the Industry. Our offices are fully equipped and functional, therefore less time is spent on the setting up of new structures and systems.

11 The Software The Debt-Wise software is very user friendly and easy to use. The previous slide is the system home page, from where most of the work will be done. Each user will have a unique username and password, which will be known only to the user. Upon loading a application the system will automatically generate the following forms: –From 16 –Installment Letter –Form 17.1 –Form 17.2 –Standard Proposal –Cascade summary

12 The software (Calculations) The Debt–Wise System was developed to allow calculation of payments with the mere click of a button. Elements such as the In Duplim Rule and cascading effect is provided for. The Program is very user friendly and can easily be mastered. After finalizing calculations, The Debt Counselor may proceed with the merging of relevant documentation. Calculations will automatically reflect on these documents. The calculations and instructions of The Debt - Counselor is submitted to the PDA by the click of a button, and distribution effected.

13 Fast And Effective Handling Of Queries The Debt–Wise Team pride themselves on delivering fast and effective service, no matter what the extent of the problem. Program users will have direct access to User Support as well as the Technical Department. If a query cannot be attended to telephonically, our staff will find a solution and reply within 3 working days. We are not the largest software supplier, but we aim to be the best.

14 The PDA (payment distribution agency) Debt-Wise is inherently linked to DC Partner, as we provide PDA software to them. The systems, infrastructure and staff of DC Partner have been exposed to collection and distribution of payments for the past nine years. DC Partner strives to always render services of the highest standard to all related parties. DC Partner currently have a client base of almost 70 Debt Counsellors. Consumer information seamlessly passes from the Debt-Wise System to The PDA.

15 Training Telephonic and electronic training is provided free of charge. When a group of people need to be trained, the training itself will be provided free of charge. Related travel and accommodation costs will be for the account of the person who requested the training. Our offices in George are fully equipped to facilitate training for users. We welcome anyone who wishes to visit us for proper training in a quiet and ideal environment. Training on The Program is essential, as accurate work is required on The System.

16 Why Use Debt – Wise? The Program is user friendly. User support and technical support is available. Free training is provided (subject to conditions). The Program will be updated according to new requirements. The Program is continuously evolving and made even more user friendly. We offer functions which can make a substantial difference in your day-to-day operations. Costs to the consumer and the Debt Counselor is limited to the minimum. Any queries will be attended to fast and effectively.

17 Monthly Costs R280.00 per PDA folder. (100 consumers included) PDA folder is defined as a branch or office. If you are a Debt Counselor with two offices, each office will receive their own PDA folder. PDA folder is defined as a branch or office. If you are a Debt Counselor with two offices, each office will receive their own PDA folder. R100.00 for every additional 100 consumers loaded onto the system. R50.00 per password requested. Please note that using DC Partner as your PDA will come at no additional cost to you or your client!
