2 Let’s Watch

3 Pharmacists Refusal Clause
Also know as the conscience clause Allows the pharmacists to refuse filling certain prescriptions due to their own moral beliefs to different types of medication. Medications that some pharmacist deny: birth control and the “morning after pill” which is for emergency use.

Some pharmacists even refuse to sell Viagra to a unmarried man due to their beliefs AIDS and HIV positive individuals also has been denied to get their prescription filled because it leads to homosexual things.

5 Someone who would agree viewpoints (YES) (NO)Disagree Viewpoints
Different Viewpoints Someone who would agree viewpoints (YES) (NO)Disagree Viewpoints Religion and Faith Morals The prescription could end a life Provided for everyone Law’s that prohibit you from refusal Your opinions shouldn’t come into play with work

6 Yes Everyone has their own believes in the world not everyone is going to agree with the same thing. When you choose a healthcare provider you base it off their education, recommendations, and beliefs and values. These patients know what they are getting into before they go to this doctor. You research anything before you do it right? If you go somewhere and you don’t like what you see your not going to choose that place.

7 NO Pharmacists should fill every type of prescription even if it is against their believe. Especially in an area where there is only one pharmacists. It is the persons choice whether they want to take the pill or not. Even if the pill leads them to death. Emergency pills are a back-up plan if a lady wants the day after pill she should be allowed to get it even if the pharmacists is against it.

8 Think about it? What happens if a person lives in a small area with only one pharmacists, where would they go to get their need prescription filled? What happens if a pharmacists denies a women on their refill for birth control and later the women becomes pregnant and decides to get an abortion? Should your personal life effect someone’s else's? Is this a place where you want to live knowing you have know rights or the government takes over your life? Lastly what if a person who has AIDS and is HIV positive is denied their prescription should they be allowed to suffer?
