Pharmacist: Yes, you need one. We can’t sell that without a prescription. Patient: Then could you recommend a good over- the-counter (OTC) pain-killer? Pharmacist: Well how about Tylenol? Everyone gets Tylenol. Patient: Are there any side-effects from taking it? Pharmacist: Not that I know of.
