Mr bharat goenka: Mr. Bharat Goenka is the Co-founder and Managing Director of Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd - India's most successful and prominent software product company. Under his dynamic leadership, Tally has grown from an accounting package for SME's to a complete business software for all types and sizes of businesses. Today, the company providing innovative and easy to use business solutions to more than 8,00,000 businesses across 94 countries.

Mr.goenka’s dreams: He from his young age wanted to create something which could simplify all Indian businessman’s life's. He has pushed against all odds to create a definitive place for software product companies in this service oriented age and laid the foundation of a software channel in the country. For Mr. goenka main motto behind creating tally is ‘’to make everyone in touch happier’’. His devotion to this purpose is clearly visible in the product that is simple to use yet continues to deliver path- breaking innovations. Not only has his vision touched his direct eco system of employees, partners and customers, but has affected the nation on a whole.

Mr. goenka’s achievements: In November 2011, NASSCOM honored Mr. Goenka with the first ever 'Lifetime Achievement Award‘ The title of "The father of the Indian software product industry” was given to him. His name is been carved in genious world record and his contribution to nation is respected.

Chanda kochhar Chanda Kochhar (born17/Nov/1961) is the managing director (MD) of ICICI Bank and its chief executive officer (CEO). ICICI Bank is India's largest private bank and overall second largest bank in the country. Kochhar was born in Jodhpur, Rajasthan and raised in Jaipur, Rajasthan. She is an alumnus of St. Angela Sophia School, Jaipur. She then moved to Mumbai, where she joined Jai Hind College for a Bachelor of Arts degree. she acquired the Masters Degree in Management Studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. She received the Wockhardt Gold Medal for Excellence in Management Studies as well as the J. N. Bose Gold Medal in Cost Accountancy for highest marks in the same year.

In 1984, Kochhar joined the Industrial Credit and Investment Corporation of India Ltd. (ICICI) as a management trainee after her Master's degree. In 1993, Kochhar was sent to ICICI bank as part of a core team to set the bank. She was promoted to Assistant General Manager in 1994 and then to Deputy General Manager in 1996. In 1998, she was promoted as the general manager and headed ICICI's "Major Client Group", which handled relationships with ICICI's top 200 clients. Under Kochhar's leadership, ICICI bank started the Retail business in July 2000 and emerged the largest retail financer in India, in the next five years. In April 2001, she took over as Executive Director.

From October 2006 to October 2007, she handled the International and Corporate businesses of ICICI Bank. From October 2007 to April 2009, Kochhar was also the bank's chief financial officer (CFO), Joint managing director (JMD) and the official spokesperson. Kochhar is CEO and MD of ICICI Bank from May 2009 for a period of five years. She succeeds K. V. Kamath, who was CEO of the bank since 1996.
