(5) Second, I have learned much about American culture and people. (6) In the United States, I have encounter many unfamiliar aspects of culture that I have never seen. (7) Also, the way American people interact is different from what I was used to in my home country. (8) I have try to understand these differences and in the future hope to be a sort of “bridge” that can connect Americans and Koreans. (9) In terms of customs, one of the best ones that I have learned is smile at people. (10) Finally, I have improved my English greatly. (11) I do not have any fear of speak English, and think in English feels very natural to me. (12) Nowadays, I even dream in English. (13) In my dreams, I speak in English even to my family! (14) In conclusion, the experience of being here has been a great asset for me. (15) When I return home after a year here, I will be a person who is more open-minded and a person who is a better “citizen of the world.”
