Re-energize Royal Mail inbound manifest pilot at JFK. Includes EMS (Express Mail) and Parcels; letters and small packets exempt, and TSA- Posts to establish protocols for DNL responses. China, Korea, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, France, Australia have agreed to work toward transmitting advanced electronic customs data on inbound express mail and parcels by 2012. NEXT STEPS
